I’m Dr. Claire Oliveros.
A Filipina American executive coach, leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and founder of The NARRA Leadership Institute™.
I spent over 30 years in higher education including serving as a community college president. I know what it costs to lead at the highest levels while navigating systems designed for someone else.
In 2025, I made a values-aligned choice: to stop climbing and start building. I left institutional leadership to build accessible, community-centered programs for the leaders institutions were never designed to support.
My coaching and programs are equity-centered and culturally rooted in the Filipino values of shared humanity, collective care, and daily practice of micro meditations. I work with leaders who are done assimilating and ready to lead in their wholeness.
