NARRA is both a cultural symbol and a leadership framework.
It takes its name from the Narra tree, the national tree of the Philippines — a symbol of strength, resilience, and deep roots. As a cultural touchstone, it represents cultural heritage, grounding, and endurance.

About the NARRA Leadership Institute™
The NARRA Leadership Institute™ guides Filipina and Women of Color leaders through liberatory leadership concepts, culturally grounded tools, and liberated mindfulness practices informed by two innovative frameworks: RISE UP™ Pillars and The NARRA Method™ and Ingat Ka™ Micro Meditations.
